I was under contract with a wholesale buyer Timothy Mudryak and Cristian Santos who breached the listing was asked buy these buyers to be taken down. My husband did a review Seth Foltz called and asked the review be removed because he has removed the listings which is has no authority to keep listing. In which most where but still MLD listing have it up for sale . Seth please remove all MLS as requested to do so. Kirnan real estate still has my house listed.

I can’t express enough how helpful Grant was in the whole process of selling my dad’s house. He went way above and beyond to help in every way.
